Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke out about men of mobilization age who have fled or want to flee Ukraine and said that there are "questions" to them.
Volodymyr Zelensky said this during a visit to Estonia.
"There is a law. But the usual human rule. There are 6-8 taxpayers per one soldier, and if you are in Ukraine, not at the front, working and paying taxes, you are also protecting the state, and it is very necessary. But if you are abroad and you are of mobilization age, and you are not at the front, and don't pay taxes and traveled outside the law - this is a question," - said Zelensky.
We would like to remind you that Estonian government stated that it will not extradite men to Ukraine.
"We discussed this issue with the Ambassador of Ukraine, and Ukraine didn't ask us about this. In Ukraine there are no legal grounds to ask us to extradite these citizens, as well as we have no grounds to extradite them", - said the head of the Border and Migration Policy Department of the Estonian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Janek Mägi.
Earlier "Apostrophe" wrote that Ukrainian men abroad will be required to undergo "identification".
