The candidate for President and 45th President of the United States Donald Trump tops his opponents from Republican Party ahead of presidential primaries.
This is reported by ABC News.
According to the poll, 72% of adults who support the Republican Party would be satisfied with Trump's nominee.
Meanwhile, 61% of respondents would be satisfied with Ron DeSantis, 48% with Nikki Haley, and 44% with Vivek Ramaswamy. 17% would be willing to support Asa Hutchinson, while 23% were willing to support Chris Christie, but he withdrew his candidacy.
Donald Trump has a particularly high rating among Republicans and independent candidates based on three factors:
- he has the best chance of winning in November;
- he is considered a strong leader;
- he is believed to be the party's most qualified nominee.
Also, 7 out of 10 Republicans and Republican Party supporters report a generally favorable view of Trump. Meanwhile, current President Joe Biden's approval rating has fallen to its lowest in 15 years.
Earlier "Apostrophe" reported that U.S. court bars Trump from presidential ballot.
