Zelensky and Scholz sign important agreement on Ukraine's security

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a bilateral agreement on security cooperation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz during his visit to Berlin.

About it reports DW.

During his visit to Berlin on Friday, February 16, Volodymyr Zelensky signed an agreement with Olaf Scholz. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure Ukraine's security until it becomes a full member of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO).

The document puts on a contractual basis the military aid that Germany provides to Ukraine to repel Russian aggression, and also provides for its provision in the future in the event of a repeated attack by the Russian Federation.
