The OSCE welcomes the resumption of the working atmosphere at the last meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group on the peaceful settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine.
As the Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, Miroslav Lajčák, said, the organization supports the initiatives voiced by the representative of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma.
“We welcome the working atmosphere that was renewed in the Trilateral Contact Group, and we welcome four initiatives proposed by the second President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma. They have the potential to change the rhetoric of this conflict. We hope all players on this arena support the initiatives,” Lajčák stated.
Leonid Kuchma proposed to not fire back in the Donbas.
As “Apostrophe” reported earlier, headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forced assured that no one barred soldiers from responding to the militants’ provocations in the occupied Donbas, as there is a warwar going on.
