The enemy hits with everything he has in his arsenal: how the frontline zone in Zaporizhzhia Region survives

The situation in the frontline zone in Zaporizhzhia direction is critical - the enemy is using all the weapons in its arsenal and destroying everything in its path.

This was told by the MP of Zaporizhzhia regional Council Askad Ashurbekov on the air of Apostrophe TV.

"Today in Zaporizhzhia sector of the front the enemy is probably using all kinds of weapons, from barrel artillery to guided aerial bombs," the MP emphasized.

According to him, there is actually no civilian population left on the clash line within a radius of 0.5 km. Almost all private buildings have been destroyed to the ground, and about 2% of the pre-war population remains to live in this area.

The enemy is especially active in communities located 10 kilometers or more from the front line. It hits there with heavy artillery, guided aerial bombs, destroying not only private buildings, but also high-rise buildings with entire entrances.

"I mean first of all Orikhiv and Hulyaypole - these are for sure two cities with high-rise buildings, that are being destroyed by Russian heavy weapons on a daily basis," Ashurbekov summarized.

Earlier we reported that AFU continue to expand their bridgehead in Kherson direction.
