Ukrainian Defense Forces have advanced in the area of Kreminna, while Russians are trying to push the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of Krynky and Nestryga Island in the Kherson Region.
This is stated in the report of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Situation in Kharkiv and Luhansk regions
To the north of Kharkiv, Ukrainian forces recently marginally advanced southeast of Lukyantsi, while Russians continued ground attacks near Lyptsi. Russian troops continued attacks in and around Vovchansk, but no confirmed changes on the front line were recorded.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces recently marginally advanced south of Kreminna, but Russians continue to attack along the Kupiansk-Svatove-Kreminna line. Ukrainian Forces have also recently marginally advanced north of Bilohorivka. Russian troops continue assaults in forest areas north of Kupyansk and are trying to break through the Ukrainian defenses near Kyslivka.
Situation in Donbas
Russian troops recently advanced north of Berestove. Fighting also continued east of Chasiv Yar near Ivanivske and southeast of Chasiv Yar near Klishchiyivka.
Occupiers advanced to the west and northwest of Avdiivka. Fighting also continued west of Donetsk city near Heorhiivka and southwest of Donetsk city near Novomykhailivka, Paraskoviivka, Kostiantynivka and Vodiane.
Situation on the Southern Front
Ukrainian forces control Robotyne.
Russian troops continued their assault on Ukrainian positions in the eastern (left-bank) Kherson Region, including near Krynky and Nestryga Island in the Dnipro River Delta.
Earlier, Apostrophe wrote that Russia launched an offensive in the Kharkiv Region earlier than planned.
