On the night of June 21, as a result of a large-scale attack on military facilities in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation, a fire broke out at an aviation training center.
NASA satellite photos showing the location of the drone strike were published on the X network by OSINT researcher AvScanNZ.
The strike targeted the 726th Aviation Training Center, located in Yeysk near a military airfield.
The photos show at least three fires. Judging by the map, the fire area is large.
It should be noted that this training center is considered one of the best in Russia.
As reported by Apostrophe, on April 5, 2024, Russians lost many aircraft as a result of an attack by the GUR drones on the military airfield in Yeysk. The airfield was guarded by the 726th Training Center of the 51st Air Defense Division of the Russian Federation. Pantsir-S air defense systems and small arms were used to repel the attack. However, five Ukrainian drones managed to break through the defense.
