The administration of the US President Joe Biden has sent a message to Congress to approve a budget for military and economic aid for Ukraine.

Moreover, in a letter to House and Senate leaders, Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young warned that the U.S. will run out of funds for sending weapons and aid to Ukraine by the end of the year, saying it would "bring Ukraine to its knees" on the battlefield.
Young underlined that the US has already run out of money for support of Ukrainian economy, and "if Ukraine's economy collapses, they won't be able to keep fighting, full stop."
"We are out of money — and nearly out of time," she summarized.
Recall, the United States until the end of 2023 may accept a package of military aid for Ukraine and Israel.
