Mr. Biden called the prospect of allowing aid for Ukraine to lapse “just wrong” on Tuesday night.
“The failure to support Ukraine is just absolutely crazy,” he told reporters. “It’s against U.S. interests".

Earlier, The administration of the US President Joe Biden has sent a message to Congress to approve a budget for military and economic aid for Ukraine. Moreover, in a letter to House and Senate leaders, Office of Management and Budget Director Shalanda Young warned that the U.S. will run out of funds for sending weapons and aid to Ukraine by the end of the year, saying it would "bring Ukraine to its knees" on the battlefield.Young underlined that the US has already run out of money for support of Ukrainian economy, and "if Ukraine's economy collapses, they won't be able to keep fighting, full stop."
