T-72M1 and BMP-2 tanks were noticed along Iran's border with Nagorno-Karabakh.
It was reported on Twitter by Babak Tagway, a military analyst from Malta.
The journalist reported Iranian military exercises in Shiraz approximately two days ago, suggesting that this may indicate that the country is preparing a buffer zone in Nagorno-Karabakh.
It is known that the hottest confrontations between the Azerbaijani and Armenian forces are taking place near the Iranian border. The Iranian government has expressed its full support for Azerbaijan, even having volunteers willing to join the war on the Azerbaijani side if requested by the government.
