Has Russia declared war on Ukraine? Peskov made a statement about the end of "SVO"

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the "SVO" is over and Russia has "entered a state of war".

This was reported by Russian media.

"We are in a state of war. Yes, it started as a special military operation, but as soon as this group was formed, when the collective West became involved on the side of Ukraine, it became a war for us. I am convinced of this. And everyone should understand this for their internal mobilization," the Russian dictator's spokesman said.

He also stated that Russia cannot allow the existence on its borders of a state that "intends to use any documented methods to take away Crimea, not to mention the territory of new regions."
