FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov stated that the United States, Britain and Ukraine are allegedly behind the terrorist attack in "Crocus City Hall".
In addition, according to him, radical Islamists were preparing the attack, and Ukraine's Special Services (SSU) "helped" them.
He also believes that the SSU should be recognized as a "terrorist organization."
FSB Director said that Russian Special Services are aware that Ukraine "trained militants in the Middle East."

The FSB Director also noted that the terrorist threat in Russia still exists.
According to the FSB Director, the organizer of the terrorist attack in "Crocus City Hall" has not yet been identified, but Russia will take measures in response. Currently, the FSB, together with partner special services of friendly countries, is identifying all participants in the Crocus massacre, he said.
At the same time, according to the FSB Director, the Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) Kirill Budanov is a "legitimate target" for the Russian Armed Forces, as well as all those who "commit crimes against Russia."
