This is reported by Russian media with reference to the local Ministry of Emergencies.
"Fire and rescue units are working at the scene of a fire that occurred at an electrical substation. There are no injuries. The open fire has now been extinguished," the report says.
However, the Ministry of Emergencies does not specify the causes of the fire and explosion, which were caught on surveillance cameras.
Meanwhile, local media are calling the exact address of the fire: an electrical substation at 150\4 Tereshkova Street. Judging by the maps, a Lukoil gas station is located nearby.
