"There were monster leaders, moral freaks and degenerates... but there was no such decline": Medvedev's lecture impressed the professor

Selected quotes from the Telegram channel, which were shown on the big screen during a lecture by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, struck Russian professor at the University of Chicago Konstantin Sonin with their degradation.

The professor and economist wrote about this on his Facebook page.

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Medvedev decided to show schoolchildren quotes from the Telegram channel during the educational marathon, which were posted on the big screen during his speech.

Among the fragments you can find the following: "Atlantic impotents", "a large pack of barking dogs from the western kennel", "a pack of grunting pigs", "Europe, which is aging uglier", and others.

Russian professor at the University of Chicago Konstantin Sonin, reacting to Medvedev's speech, noted that such a decline has never occurred in the Russian Federation:

"There has been a lot in the history of Russia. There have been monster leaders, there have been moral freaks and degenerates in the top leadership, there have been illiterate, stupid and self-confident people. But still, there has never been such a vice, decline, degeneration. There is no bottom at all - a former prime minister, a former nominal president is giving a lecture to students with such a background. Yes, this is not Photoshop."

He comments on the situation as follows:

"When German Gref, an educated man who graduated from some textile college, was thinking about kindergartens, I thought I couldn't see more arrogance. When Naryshkin, the former speaker of the State Duma and head of intelligence, was carrying some kind of blizzard about history, I thought he just wanted to flatter Putin. But what Medvedev is doing is not just arrogance and an attempt to fit in somewhere. This is really some kind of degeneration."

Previously, "Apostrophe" reported that the Russians had launched new fakes , in particular about preparations for the surrender of the city of Sumy.
