Drone hits factory in Russia

In the Vladimir region of Russia, a drone attacked the Murom Instrument-Making Plant, causing a fire.

This is reported by ASTRA.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, three drones were shot down over the Vladimir region at night.

The regional governor, Alexander Avdeev, did not specify where the drones fell. However, residents reported that a factory in the Verbivskyi district of Murom was attacked.

In this area, in particular, the Murom Instrument-Making Plant (the second name is “powder plant”) is located, which, among other things, produces pyrotechnic devices and has been under sanctions by the European Union and Ukraine since 2023.

Drones damaged two buildings at the enterprise: a fire broke out in the warehouse with an area of up to 720 square meters, the second building was "slightly" damaged.
