An explosive device went off in an apartment in the Russian city of Khanty-Mansiysk. Five people were injured in the explosion. It is believed that the detonation occurred during the assembly of the explosive device.

Russian investigators suggested that they were planning to blow up one of the servicemen.


The explosion destroyed two apartments. Five people were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity, including two men who were assembling the bomb.
