Russian crime is trying to steal $ 100 million from Kyiv, says the blogger

Georgian-Russian criminal leader, shareholder of the Russian Lukoil TamazSomkhishvili, nicknamed Tamaz Tobolskyi, is trying to sue the Kyiv authorities for the reconstruction of Kharkiv Square, which Somkhishvili’s company has not fulfilled.

Journalist and blogger Serhii Ivanov announced this in his blog on Censor.Net, calling on the SSU and the National Security and Defense Council to urgently intervene in the situation.

"Representatives of Russian criminality, traditionally closely associated with the Russian special services, with the support of omnivorous Ukrainian judges, whom the war has not taught anything and has not changed in any way, are one step away from robbing Kyiv of over $ 100 million," notes the blogger.

Ivanov reminds that in 2007, the Kyiv authorities, under the leadership of Mayor Chernovetskyi, signed an agreement for the reconstruction of Kharkiv Square with Tamaz Somkhishvili’s company. In 2013, the contract was terminated due to the absence of reconstruction, because the company did not carry out any work at all.

"Now, in 2022, Somkhishvili is trying to knock UAH 675 million from Kyiv for a broken deal concluded by the corrupt ex-mayor of Kyiv. The special piquancy of the situation is added by the fact that the plaintiff was the director of the Russian oil magnate Lukoil and even headed Rosnefteeksport. Such a ‘poor’ person must now be supported by the capital of Ukraine with several hundred million hryvnias. Despite the fact that Somkhishvili won the first instance, Kyiv won the appeal. But then, the Supreme Court ruled in the interests of Somkhishvili by the hands of Judge Machulsky, who appears in the case of the developer Mykytas," writes the blogger.

Serhii Ivanov stresses that Tamaz Somkhishvili is an accomplice of a well-known Russian thief-in-law – Shakro Molodyi (Shakro the Youbg), as well as a shareholder of the Russian oil company Lukoil, which is the main supplier of fuel for the Russian army. According to the blogger, Somkhishvili writes letters to the Cabinet of Ministers and the President, threatening international arbitration and positioning himself as a ‘British investor’.

"We see that Russia is attacking Kyiv not only with missiles. This trial is one of the hypostases of a hybrid war, the purpose of which is to take away from the capital of Ukraine the money it has to spend on surviving. I believe that this case should be handled by the security agencies, and the National Security and Defense Council should impose sanctions on Somkhishvili and nationalize his assets. This will be the shortest and most effective way to solve this problem," believes the blogger.

On November 22, a regular hearing in this case will be held, and, according to Serhii Ivanov, anti-corruption bodies should ask about the motives of Judge Machulskyi, who ruled in the interests of Russian crime.
