The Kyiv City Defense Council does not rule out the threat of attempts by enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups to enter the city, involve agents of Russian special services and other hostile elements to destabilize the situation in the capital.
This is stated in the message of the KCMA.
Considering the threats, the Kyiv Defense Council made a decision:
- To urgently study the issue of holding further events in Kyiv that involve a large number of people.
- To revise the regulatory documents on the life of the capital's citizens regarding the operation of public transport, sports, cultural, educational, medical, and entertainment events, as well as in crowded places to ensure the safety of citizens.
- All law enforcement and military structures of the city of Kyiv, in accordance with their powers, to increase attention to crowded places, to ensure public safety and order in the capital. Ensure that all necessary measures are taken to contribute to the safety of Kyiv citizens.
- All responsible structures and balance holders of civil defense facilities should ensure constant access of the population to shelters and the readiness of the Points of Invincibility for use.
KCMA also reported that social media will be monitored separately for the spread of disinformation, provocations and other information aimed at destabilizing the situation in the capital.
