The owner of the estate went mad: a mysterious palace of the XIX century has been preserved near Kyiv, photo

The magnificent Osten-Sacken Palace, which was built in the first half of the XIX century, is quite well preserved in Kyiv Region.

Archival photos and a story were published by tour guide Kyrylo Stepanets on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the luxurious palace of the XIX century is perfectly preserved and can be seen in the village of Nemishayeve, Kyiv Region.

The Osten-Sacken Palace belonged to Count Carl Sacken. The guide claims that this area is shrouded in various secrets and legends. This is due to the fact that the first owner of the estate went mad for unknown reasons.

Subsequently, the Osten-Saken Palace was sold several times, and as a result of the October Revolution, all the property of the last owner was "nationalized" in favor of the Soviet authorities.

"In 2000, a fire broke out in the estate. All the furniture was destroyed, and the building itself, unfortunately, is still in a state of disrepair. The palace has not been restored since the fire and is gradually collapsing," Stepanets emphasized.

The popular tour guide also noted that the XIX century Osten-Sacken Palace is located on Biokhimichna Street in the village of Nemishayeve.
