In particular, Putin said that Russia "has never attempted to encroach on Ukraine's independence." but said that Ukrainians have "their brains composted."

The dictator also said that Russia, in case of negotiations, "will not abandon the gaines that have been realized over the past year and a half." It is noteworthy that Putin for the first time publicly uttered the word "conquest", because before that he called the seizure of Ukrainian territories "liberation".

He added that people on the occupied territories "could not imagine themselves without Russia, wanted to be with it and had already become a part of it".

But that's not all: Russian dictator went even further and called Ukrainians "fools." According to him, if all the negotiations had taken place (on the Kremlin's terms), "everything would have ended long ago." He also threatened Ukraine with the loss of statehood if it didn't stop resisting.

Putin also spoke unflatteringly about former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. He accused the politician of allegedly "pressuring" the Ukrainian leadership to continue the war.

He also insulted the Baltic States. He said that Russians who don't want to learn the local languages or support the war are kicked out of there.

Earlier, former US President Donald Trump said that he "gets along well with Putin" and will solve the situation with the war in Ukraine very quickly.
