In Mykolaivsky region, the presentation of the sample of the model of the self-propelled artillery installation (SAU) which was developed in Ukraine took place on the Shiroky Lan proving ground.
According to Andriy Rymaruk, a volunteer of the ‘Povernys szhyvym’ Foundation, the product is a detailed inflatable rubber imitation of a 152-mm SAU 2C3 "Acacia" in real size. These models were designed to mislead the enemy. Work on the models began in 2018.

"This development is ready not only to mislead the enemy but also to train the personnel in specialized training centres," he stated on his official Facebook page. The volunteer also wrote that the domestic product has already been utilized in the Donbas.
It will be recalled that soldiers of a separate artillery brigade named after Hetman Taras Tryasyl conducted tactical exercises with combat fire.
