On the night of April 8, the Russians launched another drone attack, using Shahed drones. UAV hit an infrastructure facility in Zhytomyr Region. The attack posed a direct threat of air pollution, and Zviahel temporarily introduced distance learning in schools.
The Zviahel City Council wrote about this on its Facebook page.
They pointed out that the enemy attacked the community's infrastructure facility at night, but there were no casualties.
"Currently, there is a direct threat of air pollution, so it is recommended to stay indoors with closed windows," the post reads.
The State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergency Situationsof the local council has decided to introduce distance learning in general secondary education institutions.
"As for preschool education institutions: for parents who have no one to leave their children with, there will be regular groups," the post says.
It is worth recalling that overnight, Russian occupation forces launched a total of 24 drones, 17 of which were eliminated by the Air Defense Forces.
Earlier, the General Staff updated the data on enemy losses.
