Russia may attack Chernihiv - strikes may be planned on critical infrastructure facilities. Local residents are urged not to ignore air raid warnings and avoid crowded places if possible.
This was reported by Dmytro Bryzhynsky, Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration (CMA), on his Telegram channel.
Today, on May 9, at 08:00 a.m., the Head of the Chernihiv CMA wrote a message, warning residents that the enemy plans to strike at Ukraine's critical infrastructure.
The list of such critical infrastructure facilities includes:
- TV and radio towers
- Thermal Power Plants;
- gas distribution stations;
- administrative buildings of government agencies, etc.
With this in mind, Dmytro Bryzhynsky asks local residents of Chernihiv and the region not to ignore air raid warnings.
"Therefore, in case of air raid alert, please do not ignore it and take shelter," he said.
In addition, the Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration advises to avoid crowded places and to stay away from critical infrastructure facilities.
