On the night of Thursday, June 20, the Russian occupiers launched another massive attack on Ukraine. The alarm sounded in several regions, and there were hits at energy facilities.
This was reported in the Telegram channel of Ukrenergo.
"Last night, Russian UAVs inflicted a new massive strike on Ukraine's civilian energy infrastructure," the message says.
Thus, the alarm began to sound in the regions from the north. The media reported about the explosions in Poltava Region at 1:35 am. After 3 a.m., they were also reported in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovs'k Region. A second explosion in Dnipropetrovs'k Region occurred at 3:39 a.m., followed by another in Zaporizhzhia. Air defense was intercepting missiles in Kyiv and Vinnytsia regions.
It is noted that the attack damaged equipment in Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Donetsk and Kyiv regions. The consequences of the enemy strikes are being clarified.
It should be added that the enemy attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones from the northeast. In addition, there was a threat of cruise missiles from Tu-95 strategic bombers, but according to preliminary information, they were not used.
