Putin's idea to transfer Ukraine under external control is part of the Russian Federation's policy of delaying and disrupting the process of ending the war and achieving peace.

" Regarding Putin's statements, he is doing everything to delay and disrupt the movement towards peace, because he is not interested in ending the war. Therefore, he constantly puts forward some crazy ideas and demands ," he noted.
According to Kovalenko, it is possible to narrow Putin's room for maneuver through strict economic restrictions on the Russian Federation and the strengthening of Ukraine.
" I hope this will become clear if Russia does not cease fire by Easter ," the NSDC representative wrote.
He emphasized that Putin is actually humiliating Trump and doing it deliberately.
" He continues to attack the energy infrastructure and puts forward new crazy conditions. His propagandists on the air laugh at the Trump team, and call the US president himself an enemy and a "talker". The exit from the sanctions of the Russian Federation is needed only for additional investments in the war. Now Russia is attacking with shaheeds every day and is going to increase this number of attacks in the coming months. Russia's task is to discredit the US on a global level ," Kovalenko wrote.
