During a video conference of the G20 tourism ministers, Draghi noted that Italy has decided to greet travelers and tourists in their country soon and, therefore, Italy will allow entry with "covid passports"i n the second half of May. At the same time, the "green pass" will be introduced in all EU countries from the second half of June.

From the second half of June the European Green Pass will be ready,” Draghi announced at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon following a meeting between G20 tourism ministers. “In the meantime, the Italian government will introduce a national green pass, which will come into force starting in the second half of May,” he added.

It's worth noting that "green passports" will contain information about the vaccinations, immunity to Covid-19 if the person has recovered from coronavirus and recently received results of the COVID-19 tests. It is yet unknown whether the European pass will be extended to allow arrivals from outside of the EU and the Schengen travel zone.
