A Ukrainian mother of three was brutally murdered in the Polish city of Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Lodz Voivodeship.
This was reported by the press service of the local police department.
It is reported that on February 15, the police station received information about the body of a woman found on the stairs in an apartment building in the city center.
"The body of a 38-year-old woman was found in the hallway at the entrance to the house. The police identified the suspect, it is a 48-year-old man who does not live in the house. He stabbed the woman twenty times with a sharp object. He was detained three hours after the murder," - stated in the message.
It is noted that on the basis of the collected evidence, the detainee was charged with murder with extreme cruelty. Polish law provides for life imprisonment for this crime.
