12 cars are allowed through twice a day: what is the situation with queues at the Polish border?

Polish protesters continue to block checkpoints for cargo transport. It is known that Poles allow 12 trucks through every 12 hours. Therefore, a queue of 2,350 trucks has already formed at the border.

About it said Andriy Demchenko, a Spokesman for the State Border Guard Service (SBGS), on air of the TV marathon.

He noted that the Polish protesters pass only 12 cars once every 12 hours. Such a "traffic schedule" Polish farmers have created at the checkpoint "Shegyni" towards Ukraine.

However, Demchenko noted that through the checkpoint "Yahodyn" Poles do not let trucks from Ukraine towards Poland at all.

Such actions of the protesters caused the formation of a large line of trucks. In particular, the Spokesman of the SBGS reported that, as of this morning, 2,350 trucks are forming a queue on the territory of Poland. The largest number of trucks have accumulated at the checkpoints "Krakivets" and "Yagodyn".

At the same time, Demchenko noted that cars and buses can freely cross the border at any checkpoint. For this category of transport Polish protesters do not restrict traffic in any way.

We will remind, "Apostrophe" reported earlier that Poland is considering a complete closure of the border with Ukraine.
