Drones attacked an oil depot in Russian city of Azov, setting fuel tanks on fire

Explosions were heard at night, on June 18, in Azov, Rostov Region, as drones attacked an oil depot. This resulted in a fire in the fuel tanks, which could not be extinguished for several hours in the morning. A fire was also reported at a methanol plant.

It was noted that on the night of June 18, drones were spotted in Azov, Rostov Region. Local residents heard explosions and noticed bright flashes, and then reported fires at fuel tanks. This was also reported by local governor Golubev. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. A rescue team arrived at the scene, but local residents managed to take several shots of the fire. The video showed the sound of a drone.

In addition, there were nightly reports that a fire was spotted in the port area after the drone attack. Local residents also reported that a methanol plant was on fire - in total, they noted at least 5 powerful explosions.

The fire at the site of the hit was very active. Locals managed to capture footage of how the fire started in Azov, Rostov Region. According to the local residents, the tanks were hit at 2:30 am.

In the morning, fresh video was also shown from the scene of the fire in Azov, Rostov Region. A high and thick column of smoke stretched across the sky after a UAV attack. As of 5:30 a.m., it was noted that the fire had not been extinguished by morning, so the fire had been burning for more than 2 hours.
