Ukrainian Armed Forces will face "difficult decisions" on retreat: the Pentagon made an alarming statement

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will face "difficult decisions" to retreat from a number of territories due to the lack of approval in Congress of new US military assistance.

This was stated by Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary Sabrina Singh during a briefing.

The US Defense official noted that Ukraine may have to make strategic decisions to withdraw troops from certain areas to strengthen its defense lines.

"Those are really hard tough decisions and decisions that they're having to make because we are not able to supply them with the capabilities, the systems that they need because we don't have that authorization from Congress," Sabrina Singh said.

Earlier, the US House of Representatives has decided to draft its own bill to help Ukraine. The document will differ significantly from the one approved by the US Senators a month ago.
