The General Prosecutor's office changed the suspicions of the likely perpetrators of the attack on the Kherson activist Kateryna Handziuk. This was after the conclusion of the plea agreements.
“Ukrainska Pravda” reported about it on April 24 with reference to a press-sSecretary of the Prosecutor General's office Andriy Lysenko.
"On April 4, 2018, these five suspects applied to the procedural head for the conclusion of agreements on the guilty plea. They unconditionally admitted their guilt in the commission of the crimes they were charged of, provided truthful, consistent and complete testimony about the events, including incriminating testimony regarding their participation in the crime, as well as the participation of other persons in it," the speaker of the GPU says.
The suspicions of these persons was changed to part 2 of article 28 (commission of a crime by group of persons in a preliminary conspiracy), part 2 of article 121 of the Criminal Code (intentional serious bodily injury).
Earlier "Apostrophe" reported that the suspect in the organization of murder of the Kherson activist Kateryna Handziuk Ihor Pavlovskyi was meant to be released under home detention.
