Leader of the Ukrainian side in the Trilateral Contact Group to resolve the situation in Donbas, Leonid Kuchma, is going to initiate another cease-fire during the harvest.
As reported by the President’s press service, “Leonid Kuchma noted that he’ll initiate a cease-fire during the harvest”.
According to Kuchma, security is one of the first issues that Ukraine should discuss during Minsk negotiations.
Leader of the Ukrainian side in the Trilateral Contact has also stressed that there are questions that require Ukraine’s legislative regulation.
As “Apostrophe” reported earlier, Kuchma shared whom Ukraine would like to see at the negotiation table.
