The prisoner exchange between Ukraine and pro-Russian militants of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics is scheduled for December 29.
The exchange will have the "all for all" format.
As of now, 40 people that Ukraine wanted to exchange and send to the so-called LPR and DPR asked to be excluded from the list. In the upcoming days, OSCE coordinator of the Trilateral Contact Group Toni Frisch will inquire whether such a desire was voluntary.
The Trilateral Contact Group agreed on a prisoner exchange before the end of 2019 in Minsk.
