In the Bakhmut direction, the Russians are using combined attacks with massive artillery, aircraft, and all possible types of drones. They are modernizing their KAB air bombs.
This was reported by a serviceman of the Ukrainian Defense Forces with the call sign "Sir" on the air of Apostrophe TV.
"After that, the armored infantry goes. It doesn't matter what age this armor is, it's still armor, on which the Russians are sitting on top, inside, and they drive as far as they can go, and then they get down and attack," the soldier said.
According to him, KAB bombs are a terrible weapon that Russians are modernizing to make them controllable. The military believes that this tactic suits Russians because it is cheap.
"Imagine a private two-story building. There is a main road, an intersection, and at this intersection four houses close it. And when a KAB bomb hits the intersection, even the lightest 250-kilogram one, it will literally tear off the roofs of all (four) houses. If there is a 500-kilogram one, which they use most often, it will destroy all the second floors, and maybe even the first. That is, it will completely destroy all four buildings around it," explained "Sir."
Earlier, we reported Russians intensified offensive actions along the entire front line.
