Undercover foreigners are already buying up Ukrainian land

Foreigners are buying up Ukrainian land despite the fact that it is prohibited by the law. Polish companies prefer to buy land in the Lviv Region, while German companies prefer to buy land in Volyn Region.

This is stated in an article by Apostrophe.

The agricultural land market was launched in Ukraine on July 1, 2021. Since the beginning of 2024, legal entities have been allowed to enter the market. However, foreigners - both individuals and legal entities - are not currently allowed to purchase land plots.

However, some market participants are concerned that foreigners are becoming owners of Ukrainian farmland under the guise of legal entities.

Apostrophe's sources confirm this information. In particular, one of them said that Polish companies prefer to buy land in Lviv Region, and German companies - in Volyn Region.

"Even the Japanese bought something in Kyiv Region," the source added.

Earlier, Apostrophe reported that Russians do not have the strength to attack along the entire front.
