Kharkiv and the region

Oleksiy Kuleba, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote that during this attack, the enemy focused its attention on Ukraine's energy facilities. The most difficult situation is currently in Kharkiv Region.

"There were more than 10 missile attacks on the city alone. The terrorist country is trying to destroy the infrastructure in Kharkiv and leave the city in darkness."

He notes that there are already noticeable power outages in the region - more than 200 thousand users of Kharkiv Region have been left without electricity, and the subway in the city is working as a shelter.

"Power engineers and specialized services are analyzing the consequences of the terrorist attack. Experts, local and regional authorities are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack as soon as possible," said Oleksiy Kuleba.

Lviv Region

Regarding the situation in Lviv Region, Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, noted that enemy cruise missiles of various types and UAVs attacked two critical energy infrastructure facilities in Lviv Region:

"It is a gas distribution infrastructure facility in Stryi district and an electrical substation in Chervonohrad district."

He points out that fires broke out at the site, but they were quickly extinguished without casualties.

"All life support systems in the Lviv Region are working normally," Kozitsky writes.
