Today, on April 25, Russia once again attacked Ukraine, this time targeting the Cherkasy Region. It is known that a critical infrastructure facility was damaged, but there were no casualties.

The air alert in Cherkasy Region was announced today at 06:22 a.m. and lasted until 06:42 a.m.
The Head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration (RMA), Ihor Taburets, reported on his Telegram channel that Russia attacked Cherkasy Region in the morning - air defense systems were working on a high-speed target:
"In the morning, the enemy attacked our Cherkasy Region. The air defense system worked on a high-speed air target."
Taburets adds that according to preliminary information, a critical infrastructure facility in Cherkasy Region was damaged, there are no casualties. As of 07:57 a.m. six people have sought medical assistance:
"No casualties. As of now, six people have sought medical assistance."
The Head of the Cherkasy RMA notes that all services are working on the spot and promises to provide more information later.
It is worth reminding that in the morning, at 06:24, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of a missile threat to Cherkasy and Kyiv regions, and later (at 06:26 a.m.) - of a high-speed target towards Cherkasy.
