Polish FM trolls Putin and advises "not to worry" about losing the war

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin should not worry about losing the war against Ukraine.

Such a bold statement and trolling of Putin was made by the Polish Foreign Minister, Radoslaw Sikorski on Twitter.

In particular, Sikorski reminded Putin that Moscow's history is less than 900 years old, as the city was founded only in 1147. He noted that Putin was overly worried about Russia's loss in the war with Ukraine and that it would "put an end to the thousand-year old Russian statehood."

The Polish Foreign Minister also mentioned reasons that cast doubt on Putin's statements:

  • Moscow was founded only in 1147 (i.e., it has less than 900 years of history);
  • Russia has experienced defeats in the Crimean War, the war with Japan, World War I, after the invasion of Poland in 1920, the war in Afghanistan, and the Cold War (i.e., it has lost wars many times);
  • After the empire comes a place for "national life".

Earlier, Apostrophe wrote that Putin threatened South Korea over the possible supply of lethal weapons to Ukraine.
