Polish farmers who blocked the border with Ukraine scattered nails and screws all over the road.
This was reported by the media outlet "Konkurent TV".
According to journalists, information about another sabotage on the border was confirmed by the drivers of Ukrainian trucks.
One of the witnesses,cited by the media, claims that the nails and screws were scattered all over the road by the Poles, who arrived in a pickup truck to the border area. Ukrainian truck drivers assume that the protesters purposefully arranged a new sabotage so that Ukrainians, who are already standing in line, punctured their wheels and could not continue driving.
Law enforcers and workers of public utilities promptly arrived at the scene of the incident, who had to remove all sharp objects from the road, since private cars and passenger buses must pass through the checkpoint.
Media does not specify whether any of Ukrainian drivers managed to run over the nails and damage their wheels. At the time of publication of the material, the press center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine did not officially comment on the information about the new incident at the border with Poland.
As "Apostrophe" reported, earlier Polish farmers blocked the railroad and poured grain out of a freight car near Medyka checkpoint.
