Ukraine will open a new entry and exit checkpoints "Shchastia" and "Zolote" in the Donbas. This will happen despite the refusal of the militants to restore the movements of people across the demarcation line.
According to the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kravchuk, the new Entry-exit checkpoint in Donetsk and Luhansk regions will be opened at 8 am on November 10. According to him, the "Happiness" and "Golden" entry-exit checkpoints and also new Center for providing administrative services and branch of "Oschadbank" in the city of Shchastia will be established. People are allowed to pass through the checkpoint daily from 8:00 to 18:00. Importantly, while crossing the checkpoint it is necessary to wear a protective mask.
"We are surprised to oversee the distinct discrepancy between the statements and assurances of the Russian side regarding the need to take care of the needs of civilians on both sides of the demarcation line. Their actions are obviously aimed at disrupting its direct promises to the OSCE
Reminding, that the OSCE is preparing a single plan for resolving the Donbas conflict, taking into account the positions of all parties.
