Dzhankoy, Hvardiyske, Simferopol: dozens of explosions occurred in the occupied Crimea at night

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, after a command post with high-ranking Russian officers was destroyed, explosions were heard again. On the night of April 30, a series of loud explosions were recorded in Simferopol, Hvardiyske and Dzhankoy.

This was reported by Russian Telegram channels.

In particular, the Telegram channel Astra wrote that loud explosions were heard in Simferopol, adding that the Crimean bridge was temporarily closed, but later it was reopened.

The SHOT Telegram channel wrote that explosions were reported in Simferopol and Dzhankoy - a series of loud explosions allegedly occurred in the sky over the cities. It is worth noting that Dzhankoy is home to an enemy airfield, and one of the enemy's brigades is also based there.

Local residents reported that the first explosions occurred at around 1:25 am, with more than ten explosions in total. It was also mentioned that there was a missile threat over the Crimean Bridge at night, but the bridge was reopened at 02:09. It was also noted that Hvardiyske was under attack.

Russian propaganda channels pointed out that air defense systems were operating over the cities at night - according to preliminary information, Russians allegedly shot down several air targets over the temporarily occupied Crimea at night. One of the channels indicated that 8 out of 15 targets were shot down overnight. There is no information on casualties or damage.

The Adviser to the Mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, also mentioned the night attack on Crimea in his Telegram channel, showing a message from a Russian channel that said that they had allegedly shot down 3 ATACMS missiles overnight, shooting them down "very close to the ground."

"Crimea has shot down everything close to the ground again. By which airfield or ship - we will find out from the official report of the General Staff..", - added Andriushchenko.
