On the night of May 30-31, Russia once again attacked Kharkiv with missiles - all hits were exclusively to civilian infrastructure, and there are dead and injured.

Suspilne notes that the attack on Kharkiv began on May 30 at 11:49 p.m. and lasted until 12:21 a.m. on May 31, with at least five explosions recorded during this time. Earlier, the Head of Kharkiv Police Volodymyr Tymoshko noted that the enemy used S-300 missiles in the attack.
Representatives of the National Police of Ukraine also posted a message on Facebook, noting that as of 5:02 a.m., 3 people were reported dead and 23 injured, including children - a 12-year-old boy and a girl: "police are working at the scene of the night shelling of Kharkiv".
It is reported that the enemy struck several missiles at the Novobavarsky district of the city - one of the air targets hit a residential building. The relevant operational services were working at the scene.
"Russians shelled the residential area around midnight. Kharkiv residents heard at least five explosions that hit in the same area," the National Police reported.
A man and a woman were killed as a result of a hit to a multi-story residential building - the 4th and 5th floors of one of the entrances were completely destroyed by Russians. A shop located in a three-story building and a sewing workshop were also hit.
"Another munition hit the ground on the territory of a civilian production facility. The shelling killed a security guard born in 1959. The production facilities were damaged," the National Police said in a statement.
According to Volodymyr Tymoshko, the Head of the Kharkiv Regional Police, this time the Russians used double-strike tactics. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code - violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder.
As of the morning, it was noted that there may still be people under the rubble, as rescue operations were underway at the site of the destroyed building.
The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, wrote that an emergency medical technician was among the wounded, and an ambulance was also damaged.
"The enemy again used the tactics of a double strike, while medics, rescuers and law enforcement officers were already working at the scene," he commented on the enemy's tactics.
