The Russian occupiers continue to launch missile and drone attacks against Ukraine, including Kyiv. In December-March, the enemy fired more than 180 weapons of destruction in the direction of Kyiv, including various missiles and Shahed drones.
This was reported by the KCMA.
The Head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA), Serhiy Popko, wrote the following message:
"The enemy systematically attacks with drones and missiles of various types and modifications. The aggressor is trying to intimidate us and destroy our beautiful city. But he will not succeed. No matter how many weapons the enemy has."
In addition to this, he left the statistics of air strikes on Kyiv for the first quarter of this year. Serhiy Popko notes that in the period from 01.12.24 to 01.04.24, the enemy used more than 180 weapons against Kyiv.
Including the following:
- 5 units of 3M22 "Zircon";
- 11 units of X-47M2 "Kinzhal";
- 6 units of Iskander-M
- 3 units of X-69;

- 113 units of X-101;
- 48 Shahed attack UAVs.
"It was incredibly hard, but we withstood these attacks," comments the KCMA Chief, adding: "I would like to express my respect and gratitude to our air defense warriors who cover the skies over the capital".
Finally, he emphasizes that he will continue to appeal to Ukraine's international partners for weapons and air defense equipment:
"I will always appeal to our international partners - we need weapons! We need air defense systems... More air defense systems means more lives saved."
Earlier we reported that Russians hit Kyiv with ballistic missiles, causing a series of powerful explosions.
