Russians continue their "meat assaults", but the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding them back. The weather makes impossible the enemy's rapid offensive, but also complicates the defense.
This was told by Andriy Huk, Captain of the Medical Service of Offensive Guard Brigade "Bureviy", on the air of Apostrophe TV.
According to him, the tactic of Russians' "meat assaults": using first for attacks on Ukrainian troops low-trained units, then - more trained, including special forces, concentrating on directions, where is a possibility of a breakthrough.
The military officer said that there were many wounded Ukrainian fighters, and colds were common. According to him, the evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield is carried out exclusively by armored tracked vehicles provided by foreign partners.
"The evacuation points are several kilometers away from the clash line. And often people have to be carried by hands," Guk reported.
