Russian occupants are trying to equip their X-32 cruise missiles with cluster munitions.

Special Operations Forces received documents from the Dubno Machine-Building Plant, which produces weapons for Russian military-industrial complex, including missiles for the shelling of civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
It became known that last October Russian Defense Ministry tasked engineers to modernize cruise missiles with a cluster unit.
Currently, there are no recorded cases of using of the corresponding missiles. However, the CNR urges Ukrainians to promptly respond to alerts, as the enemy disrespects international law and is ready to use lethal weapons against civilians.
We should note that cluster munitions are: shells, missiles or bombs consisting of containers that open in the air, dispersing many small caliber bombs over a large area. Depending on the modification they are designed to target both - manpower, armored vehicles and fortifications. In addition, a large number of submunitions don't always explode, but remain where they landed. They can explode at any moment, "waiting" for their time even decades.
