Russians are attacking Chasiv Yar very heavily, so the civilian population finds itself practically at "zero". However, some families still do not agree to leave their homes.
This was reported by Oles Malyarevych, Sergeant of the Achilles battalion of UAVs of the 92nd separate assault brigade named after Ivan Sirko, on Apostrophe TV.
"The closer (to the front line), the fewer people there are, because it is impossible to live there. Frontline villages are simply broken, bricks are lying around, there is no water or gas," he said.
According to the military, the enemy's tactics do not change. Russians are constantly storming to capture at least something. However, they suffer losses. The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy everything that moves towards Ukrainian troops.
"So far we are mainly working on the enemy's manpower, fortified points, and conducting remote mining. Now there is a little less equipment on our sector, but if it appears, it will also be destroyed," noted Malyarevych.
