In response to the actions of Polish farmers, who are blocking truck traffic across the Ukrainian-Polish border, tomorrow, February 15, Ukrainian carriers plan to launch a "mirror" protest at the "Yahodyn-Dorohusk" checkpoint.
About it informs Suspilne.
According to the Head of the public organization "Carriers of the Western Region" Vitaliy Kotsenko, the strike is scheduled to begin at 9 am.
The participants of the action will record the facts of bypassing the blockade from the side of the Polish border and plan to prevent Polish drivers from entering Ukraine outside the general queue.
"They let one car pass every hour, and that's not a Ukrainian, but a Polish driver," Vitaly Kotsenko emphasizes.
According to him, the duration of the protests by Ukrainian carriers will depend on the situation on the Polish side of the border.
At the same time, Ukrainians will not block the passage of buses at the checkpoint "Yahodyn".
We shall remind you that Polish farmers announced strikes and blocking of the checkpoint "Dorohusk - Jahodyn" on the border with Ukraine from 11:00 a.m., February 9.
