A gift to the Russians? The Poles unblocked checkpoint on the border with Russia, Ukrainians stand in lines

Polish protesters who unblocked the border with Russia continue to block three checkpoints on the Ukrainian border - Yagodyn, Uhryniv and Rava Ruska. At these locations, they are not letting cars coming from Ukraine through at all.

This was reported by the Spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service, Andriy Demchenko, on the air of Apostrophe TV.

At the same time, he noted that it is not known why Polish protesters stopped the blockade of the Russian border.

"The blockade has not been stopped on our border. As of now, three checkpoints are blocked - Yagodyn, Uhryniv and Rava Ruska. They do not let cars coming from Ukraine through at all. There are about 400 trucks in the queues at the three blocked destinations," he said.

According to Demchenko, there are also queues at the unblocked checkpoints, as trucks from the ones that are blocked are coming there.

At the same time, there are no problems with crossing the border for passenger transport and citizens on foot. There are only trucks in queues.

Earlier we reported that Polish protesters continue to block checkpoints for cargo transport and allow 12 trucks through every 12 hours.
