The Ukrainian Armed Forces have changed the situation with Russian ships in the Black Sea - during the full-scale invasion, the Russian Black Sea Fleet lost a third of its warships.
Dmytro Pletenchuk, a Spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, said this on the air of the national TV marathon.
He pointed out that the enemy has already lost a third part of the Black Sea Fleet, but not only quantitative but also qualitative indicators are important, so "...there is a lot to work on."
"In terms of numbers, we can talk about a third. However, the qualitative indicator is also important, so there is a lot to work on. First of all, it concerns cruise missile carriers, of which Russia has a dozen in the Black Sea."
The Spokesperson for the Ukrainian Navy noted that the enemy should not be underestimated or assumed that the Russians "...will sit and do nothing until the end of the war." Pletenchuk notes that despite the loss of a third of the Black Sea Fleet, the enemy is constantly present in the Black Sea.
"They are constantly present in the Black Sea, specifically in the airspace. Both fighter and reconnaissance aircraft are constantly operating there, and this is a real problem for Ukraine," the Navy Spokesperson said.
