The Russians no longer have the strength to attack along the entire front line, so they are focusing on certain areas. To launch a new offensive, in particular to capture Chasiv Yar, they need additional resources. Now the occupiers continue to mobilize to accumulate forces.

According to him, the Russians have a more or less organized system of conscription, equipment and training. However, they do not care much about training, letting less trained units lead the assault.
According to the military, Macron's initiatives regarding the Olympic truce emphasize France's leadership. A visit to China is being organized for this purpose. It is not clear what will come of this initiative, but the work is underway.
"The planes that are prepared for transfer to Ukraine have been modernized. Now there are opinions that if the air defense systems are provided, the planes are no longer needed. Even British Defense Secretary Cameron has expressed this opinion. However, this is a misconception, as aircraft are the long-range arm of air defense, which is the first to intercept missiles and drones," Romanenko said.
He is also convinced that the raids on Russian refineries can only be stopped in exchange for full American assistance. Otherwise, such demands are disproportionate. According to Romanenko, strikes on headquarters undermine the enemy's command and control system and reduce its offensive potential.
